Step 1 Place Your Order
Select your premium ash-infused memorial keepsake product(s), place your order, and we will send you a Collection Kit. You will use the Collection Kit to send us a very small amount of your loved one's ashes.
Step 2 Return Your Collection Kit
Your Collection Kit will include detailed instructions, a return envelope*, and the collection vessel. Mail your collection kit with your loved one's ashes back to us via USPS.
Step 3 We Create and Deliver
Once we receive your completed Collection Kit at our Seattle studio, we will confirm receipt via email and your hand crafted order will be created, carefully package, and mailed to you (free of charge) within four weeks.

* The Priority Express Mail envelope included in your package must be used to return the collection vessel per USPS regulations. It will cost you approximately $30 to ship the cremated remains back to us via the USPS (this cost includes tracking and insurance).
