Refund policy
To the extent that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
As our products are handmade and infused with the ash of your loved one or pet, we do not offer refunds for design or artistic elements such as variations in color. Since our products are handmade, there is always some degree of variability. To the extent that you are not satisfied with your finished product and you notify us of your dissatisfaction within 30 days of delivery, we may offer discounted pricing to remake the item if we deem that to be an appropriate solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at contact@reminissmemorials.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gift Cards
We honor gift cards purchased from our store, however, we do not accept returns of gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
